Insurrection and Sedition Impeachment charges for outgoing President Trump welcoming the 2021 New Year. Tim Tufuga, 10th Jan, 2021

On January 6th, 2021, whilst the Senate Chamber were in session certifying the Electoral College confirmation of Electoral College results from the November 3rd, 2020, Presidential Election, outside of the Capitol Hill, there was a 80% Coalition organised pro-Trump supporter's rally and demonstration protest which would escalate into an aggressive breach and incursion into the Capitol Hill Building by the Pro-Trump Supporters, led by pro-Trump extremist factions, which included QAnon and Pride Boys.

Subsequently, and after the death toll of five, including a Washington DC Police Officer, the Four other deaths from the riot and insurrection were Pro-Trump supporters. One woman was shot and killed by a Washington DC Police Officer at a barricaded entrance door into the Senate Chamber. The victim was part of a surging mob intending to breach and enter the Senate Chamber directly, whilst not heeding the verbal warnings by a Washington DC Metro Police Officer's warning the Pro-Trump protestor was struck in the neck by an Officer's bullet, fired from his semi-automatic pistol. The wound would be fatal killing her.

Meanwhile, elsewhere, during the same riot, a Washington DC Metro Police Officer was struck with a Fire Extinguisher, by a Pro-Trump Rioter, and the Officer would later die from his injuries.

The insurrection and breach into the Capitol Hill Building has marked the New Year 2021 world events. Prior to the insurrection and riot by the Pro-Trump supporters which would eventually lead to the breach and unlawful incursion into the Capitol Hill Building, President Trump had been posting on social media platforms his support of the Pro-Trump rally protest and it appeared evidential that the President's speech would inflame the passions and emotions of his supporters. Evidently, the speech had been considered as irrational and unreasonable by the United States Government officials which moved some Congressmen to advocate the execution of the 25th Amendment, which would permit the Vice President to forcibly remove the President of the United States of America from Office and to assume Presidential duties as the Acting President temporarily.

Thereafter, when the President transmits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that no inability exists, he shall resume the powers and duties of his office unless the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive department^{[note 1]} or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit within four days to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office. Thereupon Congress shall decide the issue, assembling within forty-eight hours for that purpose if not in session. If the Congress, within twenty-one days after receipt of the latter written declaration, or, if Congress is not in session, within twenty-one days after Congress is required to assemble, determines by two-thirds vote of both Houses that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall continue to discharge the same as Acting President; otherwise, the President shall resume the powers and duties of his office.( Wikipedia)

Bearing in mind that Vice President Pence did not decide to invoke the 25th Amendment, it seemed procedural that the Democratic Party dominated Congress would initiate a second impeachment proceedings against President Trump. In less than 10 days, the current administration are implementing the impeachment process to ensure the demise of the Trump administration and to ensure a very bitter end of his administrative tenure at the seat of power and a legacy that would be cringeworthy in the annals of American Democratic History.

The new Democratic Administration will begin their incumbency with a detective work in chasing down the participants of the Capitol Hill insurrection, as Federal Bureau of Investigations Agents Fan out from their federal agencies throughout the American State and County jurisdictions in rounding up the Perpetrators who will all be charged for insurrection and perhaps sedition and acts of treason charges against the United States of America Government.

These individuals are being sought by the FBI and will be charged with insurrection and serious seditious charges against the United States Government and against the American people and American Democracy.

In the meantime, the outgoing Republican President is presently being impeached by the United States Government Congress for "High Crimes and misdemeanor", against the United States Government, which would be considered as seditious charges against the United States Government for inciting an insurrection against the Government of the United States of America. A very serious allegation, in which even if the presiding President is acquitted, it will be forever, recorded in the history of American Politics and will besmirch the legacy of President Trump and his administration forever.
