Drone strikes against the IS K targets will be a regular occurance as the Retrograde Operation continues.

Bearing in mind the likelihood and high probability that Western Nations are also importing their War on Terror problems into their own respective backyards we may continue the Jihadi problem in Western Societies with the transportation of Green Afghani allies to the West. The likelihood of having an intergeneration of Racial tension seems very likely.

The withdrawal of Vietnamese from the Vietcong re-unification of Vietnam resulted in the influx of Vietnamese Boat people in the thousands to other satellite countries, including Australia. Racism in a predominantly White Australian society then was evident throughout the early 1980s.

The withdrawal of the British from India resulted in many Indians and Pakistani to withdraw with the British back to the United Kingdom. Racism also accompanied these people which included the Brixton Riots of 1981 and 1985 which highlighted Police brutality against Indians and West Indians.

The problem of the Black Mans Burden, Asia, or the Middle East Burden, as in this case, becomes the White Mans and the Western Societies burden in the near future. The next generation of Afghani, or any Muslim living in America, Australia ot in Europe will result in multicultural tensions to the point that the Black Mans Burden becomes the White Mans Burden as Enoch Powell and his Tiber Sea Blood aflow with racial conflict will undoubtedly become a future reality especially with an influx of cultures and peoples from war torn regions.

In Australia, aside from the Vietnamese Boat people tension in the 1980s, the Afghani Hazari refugees over board became a harrowing problem in the early 2000. The Sudanese youths in Melbourne and Sydney have dominated the racial tensions in recent crime statistics. The Sudanese are also from wartorn regions which resulted in their forced removal and arrival into Australia.

The Serbians, Albanians, Kosovar and Croations and the Balkan region conflict in the 1990s resulted in local domestic violence not only in Mosques and churches being targeted but also violence in sporting events, especially in local Australian Soccer matches in the mid 1990s.

The problems of foreign conflicts becomes our neighbourhood problems today.

Again, in the very near future the Afghani problem will also become a domestic problem in the very near future as well unless all Australians and Westerners are more accepting of these people and are less racist and are less Fascist like the Ultra Right reactionaries which will be radicalised with their Fortress America and Fortress Europe mentality. The reactionaries will become more prevalent amongst the Law enforcers, military rank and file and the dominant White Cultures within most Western Societies. Most will be using the Enoch Powell monologue and narrative to justify their resentment and xenophobia against Multiculturalism. Again, even the multicultural groups will support the Enoch Powell divide and conquer narrative in order to garner more limited power resources for their specific group. The Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander group of people will resent both the Multicultural influx as well as resent the monoculturalism of a White Australia, again, this is the power struggle amongst multicultural groups within Australian Society.

Undountedly, comparative examples will be evident in America, and in Europe, where other Western Nations will be feeling the pinch from globalisation, international conflict, and post Colonialism.

As the Afghanistan War concludes with the Taliban having the last epilogue in the two decade long war, the Western World leadership has been well and truly been dealt a blow and a new sense of disrespect for American Hegemony has been exacerbated with the seemingly utter failure of American Foreign Policy and the legacy of the Trump administration and the storming of the Capitol Hill would symbolise the waning American Hegemony to the world.

In the meantime, when one Hegemonic power wanes another rises.

In 2022 will elevate the Chinese Military to second to the US as the most powerful military power in the world.

The Launch of the Type 003 Aircraft Carrier, the third Chinese Navy Aircraft Carrier that will be considered similar to the Gerald R Ford Aircraft Carrier.

 It appears that history does repeat itself.

Another Vietnam this time, it took a lot longer than the Vietnam war for the combined UN ISAF and especially the US to lose a war to the locals.

Bragging rights resonates throughout the Military and Political History how the Pen is indeed mightier than the sword.

Even when you overwhelmingly kill your enemies and occupy them for decades, the enemy will endure your presence and will overcome you.

Undeniable legacy of Western Civilisation will undoubtedly leave its indelible mark in modern Afghanistan. The Americanised cultural influence will reflect a two decade long cultural influence which will include a Gender tradition shift where Women rights will challenge the Koran at its core. Suppression and Gender conflict even in the household in many Afghanistan villages will reflect upon the modernised influence of Western cultural presence in the past two decades.

Even in modern Vietnam, when the Vietcong were victorious, the Communist ideals were weathered away and a Glasnost and Perestroika cultural and political Vietnam had already begun to germinate. Likewise, Afghanistan post ISAF will also plant the seeds that will irrevocably erode the ominous Phantom of the Taliban with the new generation of Afghanistan born in an era of ISAF occupation, likened to the Marshall Plan era in Japan,

In Japan, the Japanese culture were influenced by Americanism, from the rise of the Yakuza Mobsters, to Godzilla movies, modern car and computer technological manufacturing, to Baseball, and American Fast Food style sushi bars, Rugby and the Olympics, the American and Western Influence is now a mainstay of the modern Japanese culture today.

The modern Afghanistan whilst the reactionary fears of a resurgence of the Taliban seem saliently obvious, like the fall of Saigon, the original version of the Taliban and the reunification of Vietnam, will create an appearance of the old regime, however, the two decade long presence and influence of the Americans and ISAF will embed a cultural shift that not even the Koran nor the Taliban can ever hope to unlearn, sanitise, punish and purge from the hearts and minds of the modern Afghanistan culture.

Like the internet and the Google world influencing the enlightenment of people world over, the influence of the Occupiers can not be erased.
